On Friday September 6, Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander II and Crown Princess Katherine of Serbia hosted the opening of “24 Hours of Elegance: Concours d’Elegance & Luxury Salon”, a three day event addressing refinement and quality held at the White Palace in Belgrade. The Patron of the event was His Royal Highness Hereditary Prince Peter.

The event was held in conjunction with the British Chamber of Commerce, the British Embassy and eminent luxury concierge Quintessentially. The organizer of the event was SuperStar PR Agency from Belgrade.
The glamourous opening cocktail reception took place at the royal residence of Belgrade, with crowned heads, high society representatives and prominent figures from the political world. Afterwards, in the Royal Palace, an exclusive Gala Dinner with a charity auction organized by Cristina Egger.

Items auctioned included unique jewellery by designer Gianni De Benedittis for Futuro Remote, watches from the TAG Heuer collection, “Vitale Barberis Canonico” fabrics, marketing management scholarships for the London School of Commerce in Belgrade, limited edition fragrances and photographs. All proceedings will benefit projects of Crown Princess Katherine Humanitarian Foundation in Serbia.

An exhibition of historic clothing from the archive of the famous house of elegance Kilgour of Savile Row was displayed at the White Palace, under the patronage of Hereditary Prince Peter.
Famous London-based author and historian James Sherwood presented his latest book, “The Perfect Gentleman” celebrating the essence of men’s elegance. Guests could enjoy a collection of Rolls Royce heritage models on display in front of the Royal Palace.
