Steinbeisser experimental gastronomy in Amsterdam

For three days, from the 8th until the 10th of November, at 19:00 at the Oostelijke Handelskade 34 in Amsterdam.

Steinbeisser Experimental Gastronomy is an experimental food event where a five course plant-based menu is being served made of local ingredients from organic and mostly biodynamic quality.

It’s a variation, an interpretation and practice of a contemporary northern European food ceremony. All the food originates from local and bio-dynamic grown grains, fruits and vegetables. The artistic intervention comes from Maarten Baptist and Maki Okamoto, who will change the eating experience in a responsive, thought-provoking manner.

imagesFor the autumn edition Bini Sharman is going to be the guest-chef curating the menu. Nils Hint will provide the experimental eating tools to challenge the eating experience in a thought-provoking style.

A 5 course menu will be served for €32 per person.
There is room for 25 guests per evening.
