Celebrity Fashion Vixens: Part 2

Celebrities who inspire us to dress better.

There are a lot of style icons walking around this globe. In this feature I highlight the celebs that inspire us. Some of them you may already know and others are worth introducing to our fashion loving readers.

Part 1 included Danity Kane siren Dawn Richard, the stylish girlgroup 2NE1 and the fashionable entrepreneur Solange.

This week we celebrate the styles of three other women who live and breath fashion.

Nicole Richie

We came to know and love Nicole Richie as the loud, feisty and cheeky friend of Paris Hilton in the reality show The Simple Life. The fashion choices she made during these years were awful to say the least, especially in the first two seasons.

Little by little Nicole started to be aware of her life and fashion choices. But it wasn’t after she settled down and became a mother that she blossomed into a real fashion icon.

In 2009 she launched her own clothing line named House of Harlow 1960. Nicole is the driving force behind this line. The line clearly combines her love for fashion with her passion for styling, cause House Of Harlow 1960 doesn’t only include clothing it has also tons of fashionable accessories.

Nicole has come a long way from being the overweight rebel to being a admirable trendsetter and that’s why we adore her.

Jeannie Mai

This may be one fashion vixen that a lot of you may not know, but she is worth introducing to all fashion lovers across the globe. Jeannie Mai is a well-known stylist, make-up artist and TV personality from the States.

Being a stylist doesn’t necessary means that you have a good sense of style, but Jeannie does. As a fashion expert, she is frequently featured on numerous television programs and she is one of the hosts of the hilarious talk show The Real.

Jeannie knows exactly how to calculate someone’s body type and how to dress it accordingly. She is great at highlighting the strengths of someone’s figure and knows clever ways to diminish the weak spots of your body. If you weren’t aware of Jeannie’s keen fashion style before than I hope you do now.

Gwen Stefani

Singer, mother, spokesperson of L’Oreal and owner/creator of the line L.A.M.B. Gwen Stefani can’t be placed in one particular box. She dabbles in every aspect of the entertainment and fashion world with success.
We all came to know her as the lead singer of No Doubt. And soon after that she captured our hearts with her sense of style, her feisty personality and her unique voice.

After a successful run with her band No Doubt she decided to try it on her own. She delivered her first solo album L.A.M.B in 2004. It was during this time that she also launched her fashion line with the same name. The line was a huge success, especially amongst other celebrities. Her brand got expended with the ‘Harajuku Lovers’ line and fragrances. And just like that Gwen went from a tomboyish singer to a household name with impeccable style.
