You probably know English actress Ashley Madekwe, 32, best from her role as an ambitious social climber on Revenge. Lucky for us, she’s back on the small screen this April with the WGN America show Salem, based on the witch trials of the 1690s. But beyond her acting career, the woman’s a font of outfit inspiration: Her style blog, Ring My Bell (ashley-ringmybell.com), is an editor favorite, and she’s a fashion columnist herself for the U.K. edition of Glamour. “There’s no rhyme or reason to how I dress,” Madekwe says modestly. “I’m known for changing halfway through the day if my mood swings.” Madekwe started the site to pay back the inspiration she’d gotten herself. “Daphne Guinness, who makes couture seem wearable, is an icon who influences what I wear,” she says. ‘‘I just wanted in on all the fashion action.” —Rajni Lucienne Jacques
