Summer is the time of tank tops and celebrity fashion collaborations. There is always a great deal of both on the market, but yet it is hard to pick one that really works. This is why Langley Fox – a model, illustrator (and, by the way, Hemingway’s great-granddaughter) did a great job designing those tanks for Everlane.com
A home of affordable luxury, Everlane is an online-only retailer that promotes sustainability and affordability in fashion. To make our summer fashion dilemmas much easier, the brand partnered with their “longtime friend and an early muse” to launch a two-style range of women’s tank tops, both deserve a special place in every wardrobe. Because what are you looking for in a tank? Not too tight, not too loose, it has to make your “cool” look completely effortless. Fox sure knows a thing or two about a perfect tank top – according to her story, first of her designs, the muscle tank top, is a recreation of that one favourite top she once borrowed from her older sister (she never got it back). This high-necked muscle tank has side slits and a front pocket. The second piece, the drape top, enjoys a more feminine silhouette with a scoopneck and a backseam detail. You can get both pieces in black, navy and, of course, white. Now can you think of something more versatile than this?
