Her job: Jordana Strosberg, 32, is an executive communications manager at General Motors. “I’m proud to be a woman in this industry,” says Strosberg. “I’ve done everything from working in a plant to launching new models for Cadillac!”

Her outfit here: “I wear a blazer every single day. I’m never without one. It pulls a look together and even makes jeans look polished and professional. This one is such a big statement piece; it pairs well with simpler items.”

Her wardrobe M.O.: “I want my personality to show through what I wear—fun, chic, happy— but I’m also conscious that I spend my day with corporate executives and need to look refined.”

Her go-to: “I wear relatively dressy shoes every day, like Valentino nude Rockstud flats. I think they really bridge the gap between being corporate and fashion-forward.”

Her styling secret: “If you invest in classic pieces that will last, it’s easy to mix and match them with less expensive of-the-moment things.”
