So, the year 2008 doesn’t seem so long ago, but then I realize there have been seven years between then and now. Keeping that in mind, I totally get why this behind-the-scenes snap of Taylor Swift, Lauren Conrad, and Hilary Duff at an Us Weekly cover shoot feels like it was taken ages ago.
Firstly, country-cutie Taylor is no more. She’s pretty much an exclusive matched-sets wearer these days (I think the world would freak out if she pulled the cowboy boots back on). Lauren and Hilary haven’t changed a ton; mostly it’s swapping out once-trendy silhouettes and accessories for what’s cool now.
