Playing style catch-up on Monday morning is one of my favorite things to do over coffee: who was where and what were they wearing? With the amfAR Inspiration Gala and Olivier Awards happening this weekend (plus the MTV Movie Awards!), there was a lot to wade through. Come see who looked seriously smashing, including a very grown-up look from Kate Moss’ little sister Lottie.
Dianna Agron was across the pond at the Olivier Awards, looking sophisticated in a high-necked white column gown.
Also there: Nicole Scherzinger, who was positively stunning in black. Some gowns just give good silhouette and this pick, with flared-out sections at the waist and bottom, is definitely one of them. Plus, that gold belt! Love.
Brazilian model Izabel Goulart picked a glittery, blue-green gown that reminded me of another recent favorite (are you thinking what I’m thinking…?).
There were a bunch of stars who didn’t make the red carpet at last night’s MTV Movie Awards, including Reese Witherspoon and Sofia Vergara. Sofia looked sexy in a lace-trimmed blue Noam Hanoch dress, but it was Reese who really popped next to her in a mini Mugler party frock and neon Louboutins.
It’s not the first time we’ve gotten to see Kate Moss’ little sister Lottie (who’s also a model), but I think this snap cements that it definitely won’t be the last. With all that beading and the sheer skirt, her gown has the same vibe as ones I’ve seen on catwalkers like Alessandra Ambrosio and Naomi Campbell. It’s a good red carpet start that makes a strong statement: “Hello world, I’m ready to be a supermodel.”
