The brainchild of creative entrepreneur Yossi Eliyahoo ‘Hospitality Entrepreneur of 2015’, THE ENTOURAGE GROUP’s story began in Amsterdam in 2008 with the launch of MOMO, a sophisticated Asian-fusion restaurant, bar and lounge that immediately established itself as the go-to venue for local and international tastemakers. The success story continued with the creation of A-list favourites such as IZAKAYA, THE BUTCHER, THE BUTCHER Social Club, SHIRKHAN, THE DUCHESS, MR PORTER and MAD FOX club.

State-of-the-art concepts

From gourmet burgers at THE BUTCHER and chic Japanese cuisine at IZAKAYA to elegant Belle Époque inspired dining at THE DUCHESS and Mumbai street food at SHIRKHAN, THE ENTOURAGE GROUP is not just creating restaurants, but creating experiences that unite individuals.

‘Whenever I’m creating, I’m always really precise to ensure every place completely has its own identity: nothing is repeated,’ explains creative concept developer Eliyahoo, who co-founded THE ENTOURAGE GROUP along with renowned hotelier Liran Wizman.

Going global

It was only a matter of time before the rest of the world wanted their own slice of THE ENTOURAGE GROUP’s slick hospitality and design concept: since 2016 the ever-growing group has launched several stylish venues across Europe, in destinations ranging from Berlin and Munich to Hamburg and Ibiza. Look out for THE BUTCHER Milan, IZAKAYA Milan and THE DUCHESS Milan in 2020. Eliyahoo: I’m proud that my Amsterdam-born concepts have evolved into internationally acclaimed brands; people visit Amsterdam to eat at places like MOMO or THE BUTCHER.’

Wherever the city and whatever the concept: all locations have different characters as well as different dishes: that is the beauty of the ‘Entourage’ vision. THE ENTOURAGE GROUP always ensures new venues are adapted to their local culture yet simultaneously offer something new. Eliyahoo carefully evaluates the energy of a particular city, the available sites, and what’s missing in a certain metropolis before deciding on the direction his concept will take.
