The F/W 2018-19 collection by Protest is a fantastic fusion between authentic design and technically advanced performance. Answering the needs of todays winter sport lovers, we deliver what we are known for, design merged with function, a trendy functional collection that brings the street to the slopes and vice versa. Here at Protest, we understand our customer and their needs, always focussed on our goal – to help you to get there.

MEN COLLECTION
We are RE-inventing your winter wardrobe. At Protest, we are taking evolving street styles and fusing them with functional design.
We want to help people to ride more, to get there, to the slopes where you want to be. So we make sure we have a range of technical jackets that are truly functional and accessibly priced. These jackets like the Warrior or the Clavin 18 are jammed with technical features that blend cohesively with design, features like water repellent zippers, fully taped seams, cohaesiveTM stoppers, storm cuffs, 20K waterproofing and breathable stretch fabric.
Using recycled materials and elevating them to something worthy, lasting and strong, we have created the GeoGreen range. The Brixham and the McFly, for example, are made from 100% recycled materials.
We are continuously developing styles with one eye on the street, the other on the slopes. Interpreting evolving trends, you will see super-sized gradients like in the Bourbon, camouflage prints like in the Decay, all-over embroideries like in the Tyrone and hoodies featuring vibrant colour blocks. And of course, you’ll also see our classic check designs like the Consider.
We’ve been inspired by work wear, clothing with function at it’s heart. You’ll see this echoed in the bib- pant Terence. We deliver other spot-on looks such as overalls and long and fitted jackets, parka and anorak silhouettes, as well as trendy varsity style looks. We also have a new look with our Zed extra slim fitting snow pants.
Our tech-knit line has also been RE-invented with a new style called the Mistaken that is two fleeces fused into one. The outside layer is a soft melange knit while the inside layer has a smaller, detailed pattern.
We’re also broadening our successful line of suspenders. Here’s an accessory that adds functionality while also giving you the opportunity to add some design and colour to your outdoor look.
Our colour groups include a dark group with beige as a refresher, a colour group with a mustard yellow as its accent which is a fantastic new colour for sportswear, and finally a more retro sporty palette with reds and blues.

WOMEN COLLECTION
At Protest, we are known for bringing the unexpected to the slopes, street meeting snow in fantastic fusion. This season is no exception. We have taken our inspiration from old school tailoring and RE-
invented it. You’ll see the classic pinstripe, unconventionally used in jackets, snowpants and also accessories. You’ll see feminine ruffles on sporty melanges and fabulous leopard prints with refined stripes. By experimenting, taking the traditional and transforming it into something so new, we have RE- invented the look of the slopes. Here is a collection to fall in love with.
This F/W collection communicates in a strong visual language, featuring a range of edgy prints. Look at the Regi – a cool leopard print, the Risto – an exotic tiger print and the Longa – a new feminine camouflage print. Fabulous origami bear prints are used in the Nasbena, Pirabel and Kenai base layer. We have some serious colour blocking designs featured in the Bellini and super-sized gradients in the Desperada.
Our silhouettes vary; some get shorter and boxy while others, such as the Marani, get longer, reflecting the growing trend in long Parka-style jackets. Discover our authentic and super trendy throwback look featured in the Warning, our side-stripe pants.
We’ve expanded our power stretch line, which now also includes experimental gradients, gingham checks, camouflage, and stripes. For a little bit more fashion on the slopes, we have a line of super-sized puffer jackets like the Rhodia. Again, we incorporate flannel looks, yarn dyed stripes with embroidery towelling, and all-over embroidery to this collection.
For women, we also offer GeoGreen. A jacket that reflects this approach is the Sloane snow jacket, created from a biodegradable bamboo-blend with mechanical stretch and waterproof breathable hydrophilic lamination.
Colour is always key. This collection has three colour groups, which include a winter berry family, a mod retro palette with reds and blues and a sporty colour group of clean fresh colours like coral, sky blue and grass green. These colour families are coupled with grey melanges, beiges and of course strong black and white styles.
