From Madras to New York, an adventure which began in 1970, in the name of the legendary checked fabric featuring the vibrant colors of India. The company that supplies top US brands is now launching its very own line of button-down shirts.
REPLUMÈ (Pitti Uomo)
A debuting brand, the eco soul of PGN International. The play on words announces a revolution: quilted jackets with PURE padding, recycled certified material obtained from feathers which are reclaimed and sterilized in Italy. The result: same performance, zero impact.
TAIGA LIONA (Unconventional)
A Japanese brand with unique features. In the FW 20/21 collection the workwear inspiration evolves to capture the secrets of ninja uniforms: the lines and fabrics are designed to allow the wearer to move fast.
THE TWEED PROJECT (Touch!)
No new fabric has been produced for the FW 20 collection of this brand: only tweed already in circulation and vintage pieces that have been sorted through contemporary tailoring and a typically Irish design.
UYN (I Play)
160 grams is the weight of this sneaker with a unique and innovative concept, created thanks to 3D knitting one piece technology. Zero seams, zero fastenings, 100% merino wool and recyclable polyurethane injected soles. Extremely lightweight and high performing.
VICTOR LI (Futuro Maschile)Born in the USA, raised in China and constantly traveling, at just 24 years of age, Victor Li is capable of designing sophisticated and contemporary collections. His winter clothing chooses pastel colors and is oriented towards knitwear with zip-ups and below the knee cardigans.
AURLANDS (L’altro Uomo)

At Pitti Uomo 97 a special installation in the Main Pavilion will reveal “MY WARDROBE: MAN OUTERWEAR TO INNOVATE WOOL CRAFTMANSHIP”: a project by The Woolmark Company, sponsored by the “Campaign for Wool – patron HRH Prince of Wales”, developed by the students of the Accademia Costume & Moda, with the collaboration of Maison Valentino and Dyloan Bond Factory. The project’s keywords are: Wool, Craftmanship, Innovation, Identity.
